We establish a working relationship with a Landlord and reach an agreement to maintain their properties.
We introduce our selves to the Tenant, and provide them will our contact information so that they contacts us directly when a problem arises.
Tenant reports the issue to Monline – we will then inform the Landlord notifying them of the issue.
The Landlord can either ask Monline attend to investigate and submit a quotation for their approval or for the contractor to resolve the issue whilst on site.
Monline will then book a trusted contractor to attend and carry out the Landlord's request.
Any upfront costs will be submitted to your first for your approval.

All reasonable efforts have been made to the source contractors who do not charge a fixed call out charge to fault find and quote. Occasionally, there will be a rare occasion where this is not possible. However, as always the Landlord will be notified of any upfront costs for their approval.

Once the requested service has been completed we will email you the required documentation.
